Description

In Northern Russia, amidst the fog, there's a gloomy city. Norilsk is the most gloomy city in the world, with intense cold and bad weather. Many locals talk about Building 17, which houses foreign workers.

Many mysterious and terrifying things happen in the building.

There is a lot of mysterious, scary storeys about this building in the neighborhood

A new worker who came to the area and doesn't know anything, the worker wants to rent a cheap room. He found a poster in the street about a cheap room in the building 17 , The worker called the number and the owner offered him a very cheap room

When the worker crossed the building, he realised there was something wrong; there was mystery in everywhere

He discovered that the owner was calling people to rent a room, then kidnapping, filming, and killing them. He then sold all the videos on the dark web.
