Reform your settlement with circus themed structures, and also adding to your settler hit point capacities. This dlc is a base cosmetic asset makeover package, it will:

• Modify settlement structures with circus themed structures.
  
• Turn your settlers to clowns
  
• Give your settlers bonus hit points
  
• Start with an extra unit
  
• Have 1 constant settlement charm bonus
  
• Does not affect enhancements, and can work alongside storm is coming dlc.
