Frail Hearts: Versicorae Domlion Soundtracks features 18 original tracks. All songs are performed by the fantasy folk band Undreamed.

The first scores were written for the main characters: Alexis, Cathrine, Anne, Arthur, Michael. These are very different characters: Alexis is partly malicious, partly melancholic, Cathrine has a religious theme, Anne is gruff and serious, Arthur is adventurous with a touch of melancholy, and Michael is lonely, sad and shady.



Undreamed tried to convey these different characters through musical language.



For every musical theme of the characters Undreamed has made a research on music history and traditions. The theme of Cathrine, for example, derives from an ancient Gregorian Church Chant (Dies irae - Day of Wrath), which is ideal to represent her pious but strong character and the impending doom of what is going to happen to her.
