Introduction

Distant is a first-person survival horror game in which you go down the rabbit hole of an unsolved investigation regarding a pattern of murders.

You are Arthur Cooper, a former detective who worked on a complex case of possibly related homicides. After his family perished in a tragic car accident, he fell victim to a drinking problem. Deprived of all hope, one day he receives a mysterious object.

It contains coordinates of a distant place that may hold the answers to your previous investigation. Focused and desperate of bringing this case to it's end by yourself, you make your way to the marked destination.

You will be surrounded by miles of stretching forests, no one will come for help.

The government-funded organization NAQ conducted archeological research in the forest. One day, they ceased all work in the area, and their traces disappeared. It's only up to you to uncover this nightmare.
